Nitrogen Membrane Plant

A Nitrogen Membrane Plant is a system used to generate high-purity nitrogen gas on-site using membrane separation technology. These plants are compact, energy-efficient, and ideal for industries that require a constant and reliable nitrogen supply.

How It Works

Nitrogen membrane technology separates nitrogen from compressed air using hollow-fibre polymer membranes. These fibres selectively allow oxygen, water vapour, and other gases to pass through more quickly than nitrogen, which remains and is collected as the product gas.

  • Air Compressor: Supplies compressed air to the system.
  • Air Dryer & Filters: Removes moisture and particles to protect the membrane.
